By accessing or using Hamvero's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access our services.
2. Services
Hamvero provides software engineering services including but not limited to cross-platform application development, enterprise web platforms, AI integration, desktop systems, legacy migration, and cloud architecture. The specific details, scope, and deliverables of any service will be determined by mutual agreement in a Statement of Work or similar contract.
3. Intellectual Property
All content, code, and materials provided by Hamvero remain the property of Hamvero unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate, signed agreement. Upon full payment and project completion, ownership of the specifically commissioned codebase transfers to the client as outlined in the project contract.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Hamvero be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.
